The apartment features a comfortable bedroom as well as a cozy living room with a sofa bed, making it ideal for couples, families, or small groups. The modern bathroom is equipped with towels, a hairdryer, and a washing machine, offering additional comfort – even for longer stays. The fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle leaves nothing to be desired. A garden is available and is currently still under renovation. However, seating is already provided on the terrace, allowing you to enjoy the peaceful outdoor surroundings. The location of the apartment is particularly attractive: situated directly by the picturesque Triftbach stream, it offers a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. The gentle sound of the water and the natural surroundings create a place of peace and relaxation. The transport connections are also ideal: Bruckmühl train station is within approximately 700 meters walking distance, while Heufeldmühle station is about 1.7 km away. From here, you can conveniently reach Munich by train in around one hour. Shopping facilities in the center of Bruckmühl can be reached in just about 5 minutes by car.
