Our holiday apartment is centrally located in the Zugspitzdorf Grainau, in a quiet top location. The apartment has its own entrance on the ground floor. The private parking space is right next to the entrance. The apartment has a small, enclosed garden with a beautiful terrace (electric awning). Here you will also find sun leagues and a barbecue. The apartment is ideal for all generations. We have 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. In the richly equipped kitchen there is a dining table. All bedrooms and the living room have direct access to the garden. Except for the kitchen and bathroom, the apartment has parquet floors. In the entrance area there is another terrace where you can enjoy the evening sun.
We live in the main house, which is next to the apartment. Due to the separate entrances, there is hardly any contact. We both have our offices in Grainau and can therefore be on site quickly if necessary!
Absolutely quiet area in the center of Grainau. In the immediate vicinity of the Kurhaus, swimming pool, children's playground and all other facilities required for a great holiday! An ideal starting point for hikes and bike tours. In winter close to the ski areas, cross-country trails within walking distance. Shops and restaurants are also within walking distance.
