The newly renovated holiday flat Stadtmitte Fulda is a charming flat in an old building in the centre of Fulda. The spacious flat (approx. 75 square metres) with its six beds is ideal for groups & families with several people and impresses with a great wooden floor and the high ceilings typical of old buildings. The rustic pallet beds are very comfortable thanks to the high-quality mattresses and ensure a good night's sleep. The thick exterior walls ensure that the flat has good sound and heat insulation, so that traffic noise and the summer heat remain outside. The kitchen has an oven and a ceramic hob, so that self-catering is possible at any time. The spacious and light-flooded living room has a sofa, a TV and a dining table, providing plenty of space for leisure activities. The entire flat has fast and stable WiFi, so that you can also work from home at the dining table, for example. The location of the flat in the centre of Fulda is excellent. A few minutes' walk away are shops (Aldi, Tegut, DM, Action, Müller), shopping facilities, pharmacies, restaurants and the railway and bus stations in Fulda. The old town of Fulda with its baroque buildings and diverse pub scene is also just a stone's throw away. Please note: Although the flat is on the ground floor, it is not barrier-free. This is because there is a small staircase in the entrance. There is no dishwascher in the flat. House-trained and well-behaved pets are welcome on request. The flat is located in the immediate vicinity of Bahnhofsstraße (shopping street with drugstores, pharmacies, restaurants, bakery, etc.) and the ‘Emaillierwerk’ shopping centre (Aldi, Tegut, DM, etc.). The central square of Fulda (Universitätsplatz) can be reached on foot in 7 minutes. The railway and bus stations are also just a few minutes' walk away. For bus and train connections, please check the website of the Rhein-Main-Verkehrverbund (RMV) or download its app (RMVgo). Parking in the adjacent streets is free of charge between 6 p.m. and 8 a.m. Outside these hours, parking is subject to a charge. The cheapest parking is in Rhönstraße (3 EUR per day / as of 2025) and at the nearby ‘Am Bahnhof’ car park (3.50 EUR per day /as of 2025). Parking is free all day on Sundays. Please note that for bookings with <= (less than or equal to) 3 guests, you will be asked in advance which beds/bedrooms will be used. Only the corresponding beds will be prepared on site, or a bedroom may be locked.
