All holiday apartments, each approximately 65 m², are located in a newly built ecological family house. Optimal indoor climate is ensured in each apartment by a central ventilation system, breathable clay plaster, and underfloor heating. The holiday apartments "Rotspitze" on the ground floor with infrared sauna and terrace (approx. 22 m²) and "Nebelhorn" on the first floor with balcony (approx. 11 m²) each have an open living/dining/kitchen area, 2 bedrooms with a double bed each, and a bathroom with shower. The holiday apartment "Rosskopf" is a maisonette apartment on the first floor with a roof terrace (15m²) and infrared sauna, featuring an open living/dining/kitchen area, 1 bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped (including dishwasher). The couch in the living room is convertible and suitable for 2 additional persons. Satellite TV and Wi-Fi are available.
