Festanation was found by 2 crazy Dutchies; Sascha & Jelle. Best friends, entrepreneurs and travellers pur sang. This is our seventh year hosting Oktoberfest trips & campsites. Besides that we organise pop-up campings at King's Day and ADE in Amsterdam. We are crazy about traveling and giving people an awesome time. What is Festanation Oktoberfest Campsite? The original Festanation Campsite, the best and hottest festival campsite at Oktoberfest! We will give you everything you need (and more!) for a wild, social and unforgettable Oktoberfest experience. We offer basic dorm & private tents for backpackers. We have a great location, next to the subway which allows you to travel to Oktoberfest really easily and fast. Our camp is all about affordable accommodation, meeting other travellers and experiencing the Oktoberfest in the best possible way! We also offer free Oktoberfest-tours! What is the Festanation Oktoberfest Campsite NOT? - A 5 star hotel. If you don’t like or even hate camping, think twice! - Don’t come for just a cheap bed, you won’t enjoy it. Come for a fun experience, to make friends and to get wild! - Always sunny and bathing-suit-weather. Sometimes the sun is out and it’s perfect, sometimes it can rain and get cold. Therefore, bring warm clothes and hug many as many people as needed to stay warm!

Munich is a wonderful city with a great historic centre. Next to the Oktoberfest there is plenty to see and explore. In the surroundings there are beautiful nature & sights such as amazing lakes, mountains and the famous Neuschwanstein Castle, a true gem! Our camp is located slightly outside the city center in the München Riem area. It is a quiet, green and countryside atmosphere. There is an old stadium next to campground and on the other side you can find a horse racetrack. The cosy, fun & clean camping paradise is conveniently located close to a train stop which will take you to the Hauptbahnhof in about 30 minutes.
