This 30 m² studio in Oberaudorf accommodates up to 2 guests. Enjoy a living-sleeping area with mountain views, your own fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a private TV, and convenient self check-in. The studio offers step-free indoor access and a private, uncovered terrace. You have access to a heated indoor pool, sauna, and fitness equipment for shared use. The communal garden, table tennis, toys, and children’s books are also available. Three bicycles are provided so you can explore the surroundings. Parking is available both at the house and in the underground garage, plus there is a charging station for electric vehicles. Public transport is within easy reach, and there are shared storage areas for bicycles and skis. Please note that events are not permitted on the property. The accommodation is right on the Austrian border with excellent access to the motorway and train station—Munich is just an hour away. Cycling and hiking trails start at your doorstep, and shops and restaurants are within walking distance. The Hockeck ski area is only 5 minutes away, Sudelfeld 15 minutes; swimming spots are also nearby. Additional charges will apply on-site based on usage for bikes.
