Our quiet holiday flat is situated in the climatic health resort of Missen-Wilhams at an altitude of 950 m in the middle of the Oberallgäu. The flat is located in the lower part of the Oberallgäu Holiday Park. There are only a few steps to the flat, making it easily accessible for children and guests with restricted mobility. For loading and unloading, access is possible directly in front of the house, a private car parking space in the garage is available free of charge. The 55 m² flat offers space for two adults and one or two children. Bedroom with double bed, double cupboard bed in the spacious living and dining room with access to the covered balcony, bathroom with toilet and bathtub with shower facilities. The kitchen is very well equipped including a cooker, fridge, microwave with baking function, dishwasher, coffee machine (filter), kettle, toaster, egg cooker, hand blender and hand mixer. Bed linen, towels and on request a baby cot and a highchair are available. Satellite TV, free WiFi, games for young and old as well as many hiking maps, hiking and guidebooks are provided. Access to the indoor swimming pool is included, sauna and solarium is accessible for a fee. A Pilsbar, coin-operated washing machines and tumble dryers, a playground and a games room with table tennis is available in the complex. Fresh bread rolls can be ordered for breakfast. Flexible check-in: the key can be picked up from the key box at any time from 3 pm on the day of arrival. You will receive the PIN code for the key box by email three days before arrival.

We love the landscape, the Allgäu people and the many possibilities here. Hills and mountains, streams, (bathing) lakes and rivers, Allgäu cuisine, alpine huts and cheese dairies - the Allgäu has so much to offer and we are still making new discoveries. Whatever the season, the Allgäu always has its charm. As enthusiastic mountain hikers, we are happy to give you tips on beautiful short or longer hikes and worthwhile destinations in the surrounding area. Our cosy holiday flat, which we also use privately, is lovingly furnished to a high standard and has everything you need to feel completely at ease. Everything may be used, we only ask that it is treated with care so that the following guests and we can enjoy it for a long time to come.

The Oberallgäu Holiday Park in Missen-Wilhams is located in Wilhams village, at the foot of the Hauchenberg at an altitude of 950 metres. The Carl-Hirnbein-Weg runs right by the house through woods and meadows along the stream to Weitnau, with lots of information about Alpine farming in the Allgäu and play facilities for children. The Alpkönig-Blick viewing tower on the Hauchenberg can also be hiked from the flat. The village of Missen offers an outdoor swimming pool, a mini golf course, a brewery tour at Schäffler Bräu, the mountain farming museum and the mountain cheese dairy in Diepolz. Ski lifts with ski school and hire as well as cross-country ski trails in the immediate vicinity are available in winter. Several restaurants serving fresh Allgäu cuisine are within walking distance, others are just a few minutes' drive away in Missen. A bakery is also located there, as are shopping facilities in Weitnau (10 km) and Immenstadt (13 km). Swimming lakes such as the Alpsee are not far away. Worth seeing are the former free imperial towns of Isny and Wangen in the Swabian Allgäu, the Roman town of Kempten, Füssen with Neuschwanstein Castle or Germany's southernmost municipality of Oberstdorf. The Allgäu mountains can be discovered on foot or by cable car. Hiking is possible in the valley, or up to the summits of Hochgrat or Nebelhorn. At the finish of the hike, there is almost always an alpine pasture or mountain hut offering Allgäu specialities. A detour to nearby Austria with Kleinwalsertal or Tannheimer Tal is also worthwhile. Cyclists, whether on an e-bike or mountain bike, will also get their money's worth. In winter, the ski resorts around Oberstaufen, Oberjoch and Oberstdorf offer a variety of pistes and cross-country ski trails. The many traditional Allgäu festivals throughout the year, especially the Viehscheid in autumn, are always worth a visit.
