The apartment is step-free and comes with toys and books for children. On request, 2 adults and 2 children can be accommodated. Outdoors, enjoy the small garden area and the peaceful location at the edge of the forest. The modern, newly furnished apartment is located in the basement of a single-family house with a separate entrance—quiet and well connected to Rothsee, Brombachsee, and the Franconian Altmühltal. You have your own parking space on the property, with additional street parking available. There is a bicycle storage room. Smoking and events are not permitted. The hosts live on site (not in the apartment) and have a friendly dog and a lovely cat. A tennis court is about a 15-minute walk away. The region is perfect for hiking in the Altmühltal, canoeing, golfing, swimming, and summer tobogganing. Bed linen and towels are available on request. Cleaning during your stay is available for an extra fee.
