I grew up in a family where guests were a common sight. My parents had a very busy grocery store and a bed&breakfast pension. There was always something to do for us and we enjoyed to accomodate guests from all over the world. I feel blessed to continue what my grandmother once started. I hope, you also enjoy your stay in our place.

We offer 5 cozy and well-equipped apartments for our guests, 3 flats in the traditional style (Morgensonne, Schindel and Bachweise) in our house by the creek, 2 flats in the country house style (Gartenlust and Fichtennest) in our house on the hillside. Feel welcome!

Neighborhood info

Schönmünzach is a sleepy little village nestling in the trees of the nearby National Park Black Forest. Take a walk along the rivers or hike up to hidden mountain lakes and enjoy the views into the valleys. This will make you appetite for the delights of the local (Michelin star decorated) cuisine and the regional wines. Trips to Baden-Baden (hot springs, roman baths, casino, castles), Freudenstadt (largest market place in Germany), Bühl (half-timbered houses and fruit growing area) and Straßburg (12th century cathedral, European parliament) are warmly recommended !
