Each room has about 20 sqm with 2 box spring beds (can be used as single beds or double bed), fully equipped kitchenette, built-in wardrobe, dining table, 2 chairs, sofa bed. All rooms have a private bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Facilities: - Comfortable box-spring beds (usable as single beds or double beds) and additionally a sofa bed in the rooms. - Very quiet location in a new development area - 10 minutes walk to the S-Bahn station "Neuaubing" (from there 17 min. to the main station and 20 min. to Marienplatz) - Professional cleaning and delivery of our bedding by hotel laundry
