From a comfortable 2-room apartment to a spacious 4-room apartment for large families there is something for everyone. For special questions and desires during your vacation in our holiday house we are to you at any time gladly at the disposal. Our traditional yet modern apartments offer the perfect getaway in one of Bavaria's most beautiful vacation destinations. Our new build includes 5 different apartments for a total of 20 beds. Whether you are travelling alone, with a partner, with family, or with friends we can offer you a great place to stay. Depending on the size of your group we have apartments for 1-8 people available. All apartments are easily wheelchair-accessible by elevator. We also have an underground garage where guests have the option to reserve a parking spot. Our best feature is our 110m2 penthouse suite, which not only provides a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains, but also an exceptionally cozy atmosphere accentuated by its spacious layout and unique design. We chose the highest quality furnishings and appliances, such as granite, oak, and wrought iron, to best provide you with a restful and relaxing stay.

Neighborhood info

The apartment is located in the centre of Garmisch. Supermarket and pedestrian zone are only 2 minutes away. The skiing area Garmisch (Garmisch Classic) is 5 minutes by car from the house. The ski areas can also be reached by train. The Zugspitzbahnhof is only 2 minutes away and leads to the Hausberg, Kreuzeck or Zugspitze.
