Be my guest in the wonderful town of Bingen am Rhein. Start of the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage of the "Upper Middle Rhine Valley". Famous for its castles, Loreley, Mouse-tower, Bingen and Rüdesheim. Wine and classic German food and good restaurants. The special feature of the house might be the swimming pool. It is a private pool for the inhabitants of the building complex exclusively. Sauna access rules: ( Monday & Wed: Men only, Tuesday & Thursday: Women only, Friday & Saturday: Mixed ). NOTE: DUE TO CORONA THE ACCESS TO THE POOL AND SAUNA IS CURRENTLY CANCELLED! The Condo is part of a large building block. Garage Parking is inclusive. I own 3 flats, which have different character and serve different purpose of clients.
