A real Eifel house from 1875 with thick stone walls, set in the heart of the village and surrounded by meadows and forests. Perfect for 1–4 guests seeking silence, nature and a true escape. Not an anonymous holiday rental, but a place lovingly furnished by our family, who has owned it for three generations.
Three bedrooms, a freestanding bathtub, a handcrafted Japanese dining table and a garden with a lilac tree. Wi-Fi and smart TV are available. Free parking right by the house. Naturally cool in summer.

I'm Maximilian. The house has been in my family for three generations and I've furnished it the way I'd want to find it myself – with attention to detail and without any fuss. I travel a lot and spend much of my time in East Asia. That has shaped my eye for calm, simplicity and good spaces. A little of that is in the house too.
Even though I'm not on site – I'm always reachable and have put together tips on hikes, excursions and restaurants for you.
Üxheim is quiet yet a great base for exploring. Hiking trails start right at the door – to the Dreimühlen waterfall, around the Beuerhof or up to Burg Kerpen with views across the Eifel. The Kalkeifel cycle path runs through the village.
Freilinger See, Gerolstein, Kasselburg and the Nürburgring are each reachable in about 20 minutes. Tips on restaurants and favourite spots are waiting for you in the house.
