Freshly renovated 95 m² apartment in the heart of Chiemgau, between Munich and Salzburg, with stunning views of the Kampenwand. The apartment features 2 cozy bedrooms, a spacious living room with a pull-out sofa, and a balcony with panoramic views. There is a separate kitchen with seating, and a modern bathroom with a bathtub / shower. A work corner with an ergonomic desk, chair, and monitor is perfect for combining relaxation and work.
We are Joanna & Max, and we are young newlyweds that recently moved from Munich to Chiemgau. We work here, live here, and play here. We love this area and we hope you will love it just as much as we do! We love spending time outdoors exploring beautiful Chiemgau, and we are both avid sports enthusiasts. Even though we both have full-time day jobs, we are available to answer and questions you may have during your stay.
Chiemgau is known not only for its beautiful mountains but also lakes. In Summer, we highly recommend enjoying the weather at nearby Chiemsee! Bikers, swimmers, sailers, windsurfers - you‘ll all find something for yourself. Autumn is the best time for all fellow hikers. This area is famous for its beautiful hiking routes on all possible levels. If you‘d like to escape the nature for a change, you can always visit our beautiful nearby towns Prien, Bernau, or Aschau to grab a coffee or something to eat. You can also take a car or a train and visit Munich or Salzburg that are only 1h away. What about Skiing? The closets ski slope is just 10 min by car from the apartment und within around 1-1,5h range you will find many many more just behind the Austrian boarder.
