Our Design Apartment welcomes you on 57 m² with a bright, stylish living atmosphere, direct garden access and a peaceful setting. This 4-star DTV-classified holiday apartment is ideal for couples, families, business travelers and guests looking for comfortable accommodation in Saarland. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed (180 × 200 cm) and offers a quiet retreat for restful nights. In the living area, a sofa bed is available for two additional guests. A travel cot is also provided for families with small children. A large panoramic window with garden views brings plenty of daylight into the apartment and creates a bright, relaxed atmosphere. The south-facing balcony with views of the quiet garden and direct access to the terrace is a special highlight. Whether enjoying coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening, this is a lovely place to relax. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and ideal for short stays, longer stays, holidays and business trips. Facilities include a hob, oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, egg cooker, blender, coffee grinder and washing machine. Cookware, cutlery, wine glasses, tea, coffee, sugar, salt and spices are also provided. For extra comfort, the apartment offers Smart TV, free Wi-Fi, electric shutters, sun loungers and a BBQ area in the garden. Grill use in the shared outdoor area is available on request, after prior confirmation and in accordance with the applicable grill rules. Two free parking spaces are located directly in front of the house. The bathroom includes a hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel and selected toiletries. Contactless check-in via key box; bed linen, towels and final cleaning are included.
