Suitcases and groceries can be transported upwards via a goods lift. As soon as you are on top of the mountain, breathe in the healthy air and let the wide view soak in for you, you will have a holiday. We, the Mastenbroek family, have been a big fan of Germany for years. After having visited many beautiful places, we immediately fell in love with the picturesque village of Bad Bertrich. We took the opportunity with both hands when Haus am Berg was sold. In 2011/2012 we have completely restored the house (which dates from 1920). My father and brother spent 2 years working on completely renovating Haus am Berg in addition to their own work. Only the outside walls have remained. We are very proud of our house and we want others to enjoy both the house and the beautiful surroundings.
