The Badezeit is pretty central but also very romantic and cozy right behind the Niendorf church. Nevertheless, it is a stone's throw to the beach, the nature reserve or the center of Niendorf, the Niendorfer balcony with its new pier. So you have the choice whether you go directly to the beach, enjoy the tranquility in the near nature reserve or go by bike to the lively center of Timmendorfer Strand. Also, the Brodtender highcoast with its impressive trail to Travemünde is only 5 minutes walk away. On the 1700 square meters large and well-kept property are the main house with the apartment Strandgut and the four cottages port, starboard, captain and cabin. The houses are really winter-proof wooden houses and are rented all year round. Each unit has its own terrace where you can relax in the sun. Or they sit in summer under the more than 100-year-old maple tree. After a nice day, you can have on the equipped barbecue area or your terrace.

Dear guests, since 2014 we are hosts, and we are doing this with ever increasing passion from year to year. Is there anything better than making your guests the best days of the year unforgettable? At least we do not think so. Since we have spent our whole life here in Timmendorfer beach, we know everything like the back of our hand. The Badezeit is pretty central, but also incredibly comfortable in an old residential area directly at the Niendorf church. The beach, as well as the center of Niendorf with the Niendorfer balcony and the newly built pier are not a 5 minute walk. The nature reserve with the adjacent lake Hemmelsdorfer is evern nearer, as well as the local supermarket. You can walk or bike to the Niendorf harbour, the bird park, the Brodtener highcoast or the center of Timmendorfer Strand. In Niendorf there is a sailing as well as a surfing school, standup paddle boards can be rented or you can take a tour with the partly historic passenger ships from the niendorf harbour. You can also buy fresh fish from the Niendorf fishermen in the morning.
