The Eifelkind house was built in 1975 and has been continuously refurbished for energy efficiency. The last renovation was completed in March 2026. A spacious and nature-friendly property, with plenty of space to play and explore, grill, and spend time together offers the ideal place for families, couples, and friends. Much has been newly done, yet you will also find solid features from the past 50 years. The house has 3 generous bedrooms (2 double beds and 2 x 90x200cm). All bedrooms are equipped with roller shutters. A baby bed and a portable bed rail are available. In the spacious kitchen and living area, which is well-equipped, with a winter garden and great views of the landscape, you will find a large table with at least 8 seats. A high chair by Stokke is available. In the large living room, there is a Smart TV. The barrier-free bathroom features a large shower, bathtub, and toilet. A hairdryer is available. There is a guest toilet. All windows in the house are equipped with roller shutters and curtains.
