Cosy accommodation in a quiet location. A total of 146 square metres of living space. Refurbished, modernised and renovated. Fully equipped kitchen (hob, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine), shared living and dining area, terrace including garden (smoking permitted there). 2 bathrooms, 1 guest toilet for shared use. 1 laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer available free of charge. Water, coffee and tea are free of charge. YOU BOOK THE INDIVIDUAL BEDROOMS. ALL OTHER AREAS (BATHROOMS, KITCHEN, DINING AND LIVING ROOMS, AS WELL AS THE TERRACE AND LAUNDRY ROOM) ARE AVAILABLE FOR SHARED USE.
