Das Haus mit dem bürgerlichen Charm der 50iger liegt in einem parkähnlichen Garten, Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich rund um die Eingangshalle eine Wohnküche mit bequemen Kanapee sowie zwei mit einer Schiebetür verbundene Wohnzimmer. Hier ist es schön. Auf einem der Ledersofas sitzend- mit einem Laptop auf den Knien - schweift der Blick vom weißen Kachelofen zum weiß-gestrichenen nostalgischen Klavier und dann an den Wänden entlang über die originalen alten Ölbilder, die das Leben auf dem Land schildern. Ist der große Esstisch schon gedeckt? Sind die Maria Weiß Teller schon verteilt? Die Kristallgläser gefüllt? In der Küche brummt gerade der Thermomix. Im Obergeschoss gibt es 2 Schlafzimmer mit je einem Doppelbett und ein Familienzimmer mit Doppelbett und Etagenbett. Auch hier ist der Hang zum Leben auf dem Land spürbar: Kolorierte Drucke mit Farm Animals aus dem England des 18. Jahrhunderts hängen über den Betten. Die stabilen Betten, Nachttische und die offenen Kleiderschränke sind im Landhausstil gehalten, hell und heiter.
