This unique accommodation with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and space for up to 6 people is located in the listed part of Haus Hoamat. Enjoy modern comfort and traditional charm in perfect harmony. On the ground floor, the Stube with its large dining table invites you to sit together with friends and family. A tiled stove ensures cosy warmth and comfort even in the coldest weather. Those who want to retreat will find a quiet spot with a comfortable couch to put their feet up in the adjoining TV room. The extra-large flat-screen TV is perfect for a cosy movie night. If required, the corner set can also be converted into a sleeping place for an extra person. On the opposite side of the hallway is the fully equipped kitchen with breakfast table and adjacent pantry. Furthermore, one of the two bathrooms is located on the ground floor, where a washing machine is available in addition to a relaxing bathtub. The upper floor is reached via a staircase. Two spacious bedrooms with comfortable double beds await you here, as well as a children's room with a cosy bunk bed. Each of the bedrooms is also furnished with its own flat-screen TV and spacious wardrobes for ample storage space. There is also a second bathroom upstairs, where you will find a ground-level shower with rain showerhead. In front of the house, a sunny terrace with a bench and garden furniture invites you to linger in the fresh air. Enjoy the surrounding mountains or relax in the evening sun. A parking space is reserved for your vehicle directly in the driveway.

Farchant is a charming village in the heart of the Werdenfelser Land region, just three kilometers from Garmisch-Partenkirchen and nestled at an elevation of 672 meters between the Ester Mountains and the Wetterstein Massif. With approximately 3,600 residents, the community has retained its village character and offers exactly what many vacationers are looking for: an authentic Alpine setting without the tourist crowds, yet with full access to the region.
