At the same time, we share a responsibility towards the natural and cultural landscape of our unique mountain world.  Everything we do and everything we don't do leaves its mark. In the former stable of Haus Hoamat, a very special accommodation with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and space for up to 4 people has been created. Enjoy modern style and rustic character against an idyllic mountain backdrop. The heart of the accommodation is a bright, open living room with kitchen. A cosy seating area with dining table invites you to eat and sit together. The fully equipped kitchen leaves no culinary wishes unfulfilled. Adjacent is a separate TV room with a large flat-screen TV and inviting seating area. If required, an additional sleeping place can also be set up here. From here you also have access to a terrace where you can enjoy plenty of fresh air thanks to comfortable garden furniture. Also on the ground floor is one of the bathrooms, which is equipped with a ground-level shower with rain shower. A staircase takes you to the upper floor, where another bathroom with a bathtub awaits you in addition to the two bedrooms. Both bedrooms are furnished with a comfortable double bed and each has a flat-screen TV and spacious wardrobes to store your luggage. A special highlight is offered by a cosy, weather-protected loggia, which can be reached via the upper floor and offers a fantastic view of the mountains. The perfect place to enjoy the sunset. The accommodation also has a drying room where you can conveniently deposit your hiking and skiing equipment and where you can also use a washing machine. A parking space is reserved for your vehicle directly in the driveway.

Farchant is a charming village in the heart of the Werdenfelser Land region, just three kilometers from Garmisch-Partenkirchen and nestled at an elevation of 672 meters between the Ester Mountains and the Wetterstein Massif. With approximately 3,600 residents, the community has retained its village character and offers exactly what many vacationers are looking for: an authentic Alpine setting without the tourist crowds, yet with full access to the region. Well-known hikes start right from the village, including the Philosophenweg trail to Partenkirchen with panoramic views of the Wetterstein Mountains, as well as the ascent to the Kuhflucht Waterfalls, which, with a drop of around 300 meters, are among the highest waterfalls in Germany. In winter, the Garmisch-Classic ski area attracts visitors with 40 kilometers of slopes at Alpspitze, Kreuzeck, and Hausberg, as well as Germany’s unique ski area on the Zugspitze.
