A Cosy appartment, perfect for being arround Tegernsee / Rottach-Egern Area. Apartment is ground floor having a Terrace with access to the Garden. Tegernsee Area well known for diverse outdoor activities like Hiking, Watersport, Skiing (in Winter) Bicycling etc. All needed infrastructure is within minutes Walk (Groceries,Pharmacy,Gas-station, Backery, diverse Restaurant. Also located a cross the street a pool compound wich is partially heated.
