The "Heilinger Gütl" was rebuilt in 2021 according to historical models. On the first floor as well as on the upper floor of the farmhouse there is a lovingly furnished vacation apartment with approx. 65 sqm in modern Bavarian country house style. The center of Ruhpolding is about 20 minutes walk away. Our house is the ideal starting point for your vacation activities in Ruhpolding. Your advantage: We are a partner company of the Chiemgau Card On your arrival you will receive the Chiemgau Card, with which you can enjoy numerous free offers in and around Ruhpolding. Among other things, you have access to mountain railways, ski lifts and adventure pools as well as various museums and guided hikes. You can also hire bikes free of charge and use public transport such as the regional buses and the Bavarian regional railway between Ruhpolding and Traunstein. Our newly built farmhouse is located on a sunny hill at the foot of the Unternberg. From your holiday flat you have an unobstructed view of the Unternberg as well as an excellent view of the Rauschberg. Hiking and cycling trails lead directly past the house. The Vita-Alpina outdoor swimming pool and adventure pool, as well as restaurants, are within easy walking distance. One of the numerous, well-maintained cross-country skiing trails of the Ruhpolding skiing trail network passes right next to the house. The Unternberg skiing area is only about 500 m away. Families with children are very welcome! Hiking and cycling tours, cross-country skiing right on the doorstep, alpine skiing and snowboarding on the Ruhpolding ski slopes and the nearby Winklmoos/Steinplatte ski area. Swimming and relaxing in the Vita Alpina indoor wave pool with sauna area, in the heated outdoor pool or at one of the natural bathing lakes. Visit the amusement park for children and numerous museums, excursions in the beautiful surroundings.
