Apartment with own bath for business travellers, close to everything at a busy area, situated south of Munich in the beautiful highlands of Bavaria.. the land of lakes mountains and castles. MC Donalds, Restaurant, Bakeries, Supermarkets, Fitness-center and a nice lake for swimming are in walking distance. You have your own area (24m²) with quality bed, own Bath, Table, writing desk and a MiniBar with Water, Coke and different kind of drinks. This apartment has no cooking facilities but there is tea, coffee and biscuits for you at the room for the first start. High speed Wifi from 6am to 24pm (please note that technical malfunctions may occur). Please use the chat-funktion if you have any questions. If you are interested, you can be added to a waiting list for time periods which are already booked ... Contact via chat ..
House-rules : Please keep in mind that the accommodation is in a private house and not a hotel. For security reasons, bookings are only possible with a valid passport or identity card. Filling out the registration form is required by law. Access and stay in the accommodation exclusively for registered guests. No meals inside the Accommodation. Wlan/wifi only for legal use (bookers are responsible for their companions). Careful handling of foreign property and resources should be a matter of course. Check in/out times must be observed as specified in the advertisement. Whenever leaving the Accommodation please close all windows and doors and switch off all electricity (due to fire hazard also chargers, laptop etc. ). >>> If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to use the chat function (no SMS please) <<<
Sightseeing, biking, swimming, relaxing in a beergarden, shopping downtown in Weilheim (20mins walk) or visiting Munich (35mins with train) .... many things to do whatever you like. We are pretty much in the center of highland-Bavaria. To Munich or to the Alpes (Zugspitze) , to the big lakes or to the famous Neuschwanstein-Castle .......its all in short distances No Car ? No Problem ! From or to Munich central-railwaystation it's 35 minutes with train and then about 15mins of walk from or to the accommodation... (using a Taxi will cost around 7Euro). From Munich central-railwaystation to Munich-Airport its about 40mins with the S8 or S1 (plus transfer time of course) and from or to Messe-Munich-Fairground it's 20mins with the U2. A early Bus is going from Weilheim i.OB to Neuschwanstein-Castle (Bus 9651), departing at 7am at Weilheim Trainstation... and returning from the Castle at 4pm. Not far from us is a Bus-stop with Buses going to the Town-center of Weilheim as well as - to Herrsching (Ammersee) - to Tutzing (Starnberger See) - to Starnberg
