Scandinavian elegance on 140 m² in a good residential area. Welcome to our bungalow, which combines mid-century elements with modern technology. The house has been extensively renovated in the last year, kitchen and bathroom completely redesigned. There is a fiber optic connection for fast internet, a 65" smart TV and a designated workspace in each room. You can relax well in the garden, but are also on the highway to Düsseldorf or Cologne in a few minutes. The distance to Düsseldorf trade fair is 44 km or 40 minutes depending on traffic.
