Let's introduce ourselves briefly: Alina is originally from Dortmund, studied in the Netherlands, and is currently working part-time as a kindergarten teacher at a small children's center in Wommels, Netherlands. If there is any free time outside of raising our own children, her favorite hobbies include horseback riding, reading, doing puzzles, baking, and gardening. Steef is originally from The Hague, successfully ran his own bistro for many years, then worked as a skipper, taking guests sailing on various flat-bottomed boats through the IJssel and Wadden Sea, and is currently working in port services in Harlingen. Steef loves building things. Planning, preparing, and executing projects in and around the house is his way of balancing everyday life. We have been going through life together since 2017. We met while sailing, as Alina also spent several seasons working as a deckhand on flat-bottomed boats. Currently, we live in Tzum, a small Frisian village in the Netherlands. Here, in 2021, 2023, and 2025, our three children were also born. And since raising three little children still leaves room for looooots of other things ;), in December 2024 we signed the purchase contract for our life project. The goal is to create a farm with holiday apartments where people can feel comfortable. The first step is done - the first apartment has been fully renovated. The next step is renovating our own apartment on the ground floor. The land that belongs to our house, we would like to transform into a feel-good oasis for people, animals, and plants. Of course, this won’t happen overnight. We are literally burning with excitement to implement the many different projects over the years and are curious to see how everything will develop. We are looking forward to a varied, nature-connected, and sociable life in Eschershausen and hope to make many guests happy here.

Then 'Im Hause Hofland' is just the right place for you! With us, you can rent either one of two single rooms or one of two double rooms. Each room is equipped with a wardrobe, new beds, a small table, and one or two comfortable chairs. You can find hangers in the wardrobe. There is also a laundry basket and a trash can. Wi-Fi, bed linen, and towels are included in the price. Your dirty laundry can be cleaned in the washing machine, which you can use, and a drying rack or tumble dryer ensures that your clothes will dry. If you want to iron, you are welcome to use the iron and ironing board. The bathroom, extra toilet, kitchen, and small living room are shared with any other guests. The bathroom is newly renovated and features a shower, a sink, and a toilet. A hairdryer is also available for you. The additional toilet is located in the hallway. In the living room, you can sit on the sofa and watch TV (satellite reception) or use the desk. For a small fee, drinks are also available in the minibar. In the well-equipped kitchen, an oven, a stove, an air fryer, and a microwave are ready to prepare your meals. You can store your supplies in the refrigerator and freezer. The dishwasher will help you clean up after enjoying meals at the large dining table. The coffee machine and kettle provide hot drinks. If you don't feel like cooking, there are various dining options in Uslar, 2 km away. The apartment is non-smoking and is equipped with smoke detectors, a fire extinguisher, and central heating. You can park in the courtyard right in front of the door. We wish you a pleasant stay.

Welcome to Eschershausen near Uslar, a 'state-recognized resort' in the Solling-Vogler Nature Park. Here you can enjoy peace and truly listen to the buzzing of insects and the chirping of birds. The latter, especially in summer, are always ready to put on their spectacular aerial displays. The village is surrounded by fields, meadows, and forests - lots of forest. The area invites you to go hiking, relax, ride motorcycles, and enjoy nature. If you use our apartment because you work nearby, you can enjoy the tranquility of Eschershausen in the evening and let your soul unwind after a hectic workday. In Uslar, just 2 km away, you will find everything you need for daily life. Whether it's a supermarket, drugstore, hairdresser, car rental, gas station, electric car charging point, or bakery, you'll find it all in the commercial area on Wiesenstraße. In addition, Uslar has various restaurants, a great kebab shop (Berlin Döner), and a cozy small town center. If you love half-timbered houses, you should definitely take a stroll through the town. Craving pizza? We can highly recommend the pizzeria 'La Dolce Vita' on Siemensstraße. Want to do some sports? There is also a swimming pool just around the corner. Kassel and Göttingen are the nearest larger cities, and they are definitely worth a visit.
