The apartment has a living room with a boxspring bed for 2 people. The balcony is a great place to enjoy the peace and quiet and the fresh air. The small kitchen is equipped with a fridge, cooker, kettle and coffee machine. The bathroom has a washbasin, toilet and bath. About this property The complex is located next to the ski slopes and hiking trails. The apartment complex has a communal swimming pool (25 degrees), ideal for relaxation after a day in the snow. There is also a table tennis table. These are all free of charge. A washing machine. Is available for use at a charge. Washing can be dried in the cellar.

The complex is just a few minutes’ walk away from Erlebnisberg Kappe, with bobsled track, bike park, summer toboggan run and climbing forest. You can go out for a meal or enjoy a night on the town in the many restaurants and bistros, nightclubs and apres-ski bars. There is a bus stop just outside, where you can catch one of the main lines.
