Klein leuk typisch eifel huisje met 4 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers.
Het huis ligt in het bos op een redelijke drukke straat op paar minuutjes lopen naar de markt van Monschau.
Klein terras en een grote bergtuin met ligterras.
Prachtig uitzicht boven aangekomen in de tuin bij de uitkijktoren.
Het huis ligt te midden van wandel- en fietspaden.
Bakker op loopafstand.
Opbergruimte voor fietsen in de kelder.
Groot voordeel: het huis ligt net buiten het centrum met de smalle straatjes, waar parkeren moeilijk is. We hebben 2 plaatsen.

Kleines charakteristisch Eifels Haus mit 4 schlafzimmer und 2 badezimmer.
Das Haus liegt in das wald an einer ziemlich belebten Strasse, monschau-markt in ein paar Gehminuten entfernt.
Kleine Terrasse und ein grosser Berggarten. Oben in Garten einen Wachturm uber Monschau.
Fahrrader konnen im Keller.
Grosse Geschafte: 5 minuten mit auto in Imgenbroich. ----------------------------------------------

The house is situated in the forest on a fairly busy road.
600m from the citymarket of Monschau.
small terrace and large mountain garden with sun terrace.
the house is located in the middle of hiking trails and cycling routes.
Bakery 5 min walking.
Space for bicycles in the basement.
Big benefit: the house is situated just out of the centre with its narrow streets, we have parking spaces for 2 cars.

approach route: avoid the city streets and drive through imgenbroich, left to: alte monschauer str.(put in: tomtom), then eschachstr. Anlieger frei: when you have a destination in the street you are allowed to drive in.
Aanrijroute: vermijd het stadje en rij via imgenbroich links naar alte monschauer str en dan eschbachstr. Anlieger frei: als u een bestemming in de straat heeft mag u doorrijden.
