Our farm, the Kailhof, is situated between Lake Chiemsee and the Kampenwand mountain, in an elevated, peaceful spot overlooking the charming Priental valley towards Aschau im Chiemgau, with magnificent mountain views. A place to feel at ease, relax and enjoy yourself. Pure relaxation in a stunning landscape. We are certified with the Naturland quality seal. On request, we offer a bread roll service, as well as milk and eggs straight from the farm. The farmer’s wife offers guided tours on the history of the farm and farming practices. Children are very welcome; there is a playground and a children’s vehicle fleet. We are an ideal starting point for many hikes and cycle tours towards Lake Chiemsee and the mountains, or you can explore our beautiful Chiemgau/Chiemsee region by car. If you’re travelling here by electric car, you’ll find a charging station for electric vehicles, powered by solar energy from our own PV system. A lockable bike garage with charging facilities for your e-bikes is available for your bicycles.
