Situated in the heart of Garmisch-Partenkirchen in a nice neighborhood our cozy studio apartment would be a perfect place for you to spend your holidays. The apartment has a spacious balcony with magnificent views of the mountains and beautiful Mohrenstraße. It is equipped with coffeetable and chairs so you can enjoy drinks and even meals with a view. The apartment is located in the very center of the town, just one minute from the pedestrian zone and charming Kurpark. You can easily get to the ski Station on foot (approximately 15 minutes to Hauseberg station) or by bus. There is plenty of shops and restaurants around. GaP is a small town so everything is within walking distance. The town is vibrant, the views are picturesque. The kitchen is fully equipped with all nessesary kitchenware and all essentials including the dishwasher, the oven etc. Washing machine, iron and iron board are also provided. If you are coming by car, there is underground private parking, so you won't have problems with your car. We take good care of the apartment, trying our best to make it comfortable for you
