A newly renovated house that dates back to 1800. It has a flavor of old Ostfriesland with a comfort of modern age. The house is in the historic center of the town. It is a studio apartment with a separate kitchen and a spacious bathroom. There is a king-size bed, which could be transferred into single beds upon guest's request. In addition there are two Sofa-beds (140*200) to accommodate additional guests. Pedestrian zone, cafes and water promenade are just around the corner. A large public parking area is available on the same street.
