With the hotel's opening in 2025, we began a new chapter, but hospitality has been part of our family history for many years: our family spent years in the restaurant industry, and that experience is reflected in every detail of the hotel. We are a well-rehearsed family team with consistent points of contact who know our house and our city, greet guests personally, and take the time after arrival for questions, tips, and individual wishes. Our staff speak German, English, and Russian. The Kaya Residence is an owner-managed hotel newly opened in 2025, featuring 22 modern apartments in the heart of Bad Kreuznach. Each apartment offers a fully equipped kitchenette (oven, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave), individually controllable air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, and a private bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Bed linen, towels, and toiletries are included. On foot, you can reach the main train station in 5 minutes, the historic old town in 3 minutes, and the shopping street begins right across the road. The famous bridge houses on the Alte Nahebrücke – one of the few remaining examples of inhabited bridges in Europe – are just about 350 m from the hotel. The Schlosspark Museum (approx. 1 km) and the Römerhalle with its Roman mosaics (approx. 1.5 km) are also within walking distance. Bad Kreuznach has been known for its healing springs for centuries: the Crucenia Thermen with their brine waters are about 1 km away, the Salinental valley with its graduation towers – the largest open-air inhalatorium in Europe – is around 3 km.
