Das Apartment liegt im Erdgeschoss eines Einfamilienhauses. Es ist modern ausgestattet und bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten, die von Urlaubs- und Geschäftsreisenden erwartet werden. Ein großer Wohnbereich mit anschließendem Essbereich sowie amerikanischer Küche bieten umfangreichen Komfort. Im Wohnbereich sowie Schlafzimmer sind jeweils ein TV vorhanden. Highspeed-Internet (300Mbit-DSL) ist mit flächendeckenden WiFi verfügbar.
Love to travel. Nature or city life - getting around and meeting people is what I enjoy most! Als Vermieter bin ich jederzeit via Mobiltelefon erreichbar. Entweder befinde ich mich im Haus, ich wohne im Obergeschoss, oder in meinem fünf Minuten entfernten Garten.
Das Kernbergviertel ist sehr ruhig gelegen, besteht größtenteils aus Einfamilienhäusern bzw. kleinen Mehrfamilienhäusern. Man erreicht die Jenaer Innenstadt zu Fuß innerhalb von 15 Minuten oder durch nahgelegene Nahverkehrs-Haltestellen (5min) die restlichen Stadtteile Jenas. Vor dem Haus befinden sich kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten.
