The studio features a new bathroom with a 1.20 x 1.00m shower and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, toaster, induction cooktop, and refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The double bed is 1.80m wide and can be extended to accommodate up to four people. The studio is also wheelchair accessible via a small ramp. The entire studio is level, and the shower is wheelchair-accessible. The bed is raised for easier access. Therefore, the studio is suitable for active hikers as well as guests with special needs.
I travel a lot for both work and pleasure and would love to share my home region with you. At Königshof Studio, you can find peace and relaxation. I personally redesigned the studio with great care and dedication, and I look forward to welcoming you as my guest.
The studio is located right near the church in a quiet cul-de-sac. You can park your car directly on-site and store your bicycles in a weatherproof shelter. E-bikes can be charged. Several hiking trails start just a few meters from the accommodation. Access to the Vennbahn cycle path is practically right behind the house. Monschau is only a few minutes away, and the shuttle to the Christmas market (HIMO) is within walking distance. In Imgenbroich, a 5-minute drive or bike ride away, you'll find essential shopping options such as Aldi, Lidl, Kaufland, DM, Action, and good bakeries like Neuss and Moss.
