Property info

Renovated Allgäu country house with its original traditional structure and eco-friendly systems for a naturally healthy indoor climate. Comfortable, cozy holiday apartments featuring a spacious open attic-loft ambiance throughout the entire upper floor and a smaller “Garden Side” apartment right next to the garden. Modern, fully equipped kitchens for self-catering. Each apartment has two bathrooms. Garden with terrace, lounge area, barbecue and a large trampoline for children. Prime location: just a 3-minute walk to the ski lift and hiking/ski area, 1 minute to the bus stop, and 2 minutes to the village shop. Private parking directly at the house with EV charging points. No parking ticket needed at the lift. Barrier-free access available. Central location in Ofterschwang: ice cream parlour, tourist information, restaurants, dairies, golf course restaurant and the event barn “Busche Berta” are all within easy walking distance.
