Terms and Conditions / House Rules LuPartment - Apartment Rentals Dear Sir or Madam, Thank you for booking an apartment with LuPartment. We strive to make your stay as pleasant as possible. To ensure that everything runs smoothly, we ask that you observe the following rules. These become part of your stay upon booking. 1. Arrival and Departure Check-in: from 4:00 PM Check-out: by 11:00 AM Access to the apartment is via a key safe. You will receive the corresponding PIN code shortly before your arrival. 2. Use of the Apartments The apartments are rented exclusively for residential and accommodation purposes. Use for commercial purposes or for events is not permitted. In particular, the use of the apartments for prostitution, escort services, or the solicitation of sexual services is expressly prohibited. In the event of a violation of this rule, the landlord is entitled to terminate the lease without notice and have the accommodation vacated immediately. The landlord also reserves the right to report such violations to the relevant authorities. 3. Visitors The apartment may only be used by the number of people specified at the time of booking. Visitors are permitted only to a reasonable extent. Subletting the accommodation or allowing third parties to use it without the landlord’s consent is not permitted. 4. No Smoking Smoking is strictly prohibited in all apartments. A cleaning fee will be charged for any violations. 5. Pets Pets are not permitted in the apartments. 6. Landlord’s Rights The landlord reserves the right to terminate the lease immediately in the event of serious violations of these house rules or disturbances to the peace of the building.
