The 2-room sea view flat, renovated in 2021, is tastefully furnished. It is in a top location directly on the promenade of Grömitz and offers a spacious balcony with a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea, beach and pier. This view from the balcony of the approx. 48 m² holiday flat in the best location in Grömitz promises a wonderful holiday. Due to its exposed location, the Kaiserhof is one of the most attractive apartment buildings in Grömitz and is very popular with holiday guests. A car parking space and a lift are available. A washing machine and tumble dryer for general use are located in the basement. This flat is ideal for 4 people.

Our exclusive holiday flat is quiet yet centrally located. You can sit out in the sun on the balcony or on the beach and enjoy the day or take a walk to the nearby shops, restaurants and cafés. Take advantage of the beautiful surroundings for long hikes, bike tours and walks. You can easily reach the nearby sights by bus or taxi. The bus and train connections are excellent. Schleswig-Holstein is the land between the seas, the North Sea and the Baltic Sea. A marvellous landscape awaits you, good air, clean water and beautiful beaches. Various marinas are located along the coasts. The north of Europe can also be easily reached by ferry. A beautiful inland region, Holstein Switzerland with its lakes and castles. The internationally popular Schleswig-Holstein Music Festival takes place here every year. Drive out and enjoy the unique landscape in our wider area or savour the fantastic panoramic view from our living room window.
