Company info

Since 2012, my wife and I have been renting out a guest room – because we enjoy travelling ourselves and like to stay in private accommodation with a personal touch. Contact with local hosts has also given us many wonderful experiences that we might not otherwise have had. In 2023 and 2024, three holiday flats were added in the neighbourhood, which I run with great dedication. I try to do everything I can to ensure that my guests have a pleasant stay. As I enjoy cooking myself, you will find a fully equipped kitchen in the flats. Is there anything missing? Let me know, I'm happy to help. I look forward to your stay with me.

Neighborhood info

The flat is located next to Valentinspark (Rolf-Zeitler-Park), Unterschleißheim's green lung. Here you will find playgrounds, football pitches, beach volleyball courts, benches to rest on and space to relax. The ‘AquariUSH’ swimming pool is only 5 minutes away. Schools and the ‘Haus am Valentinspark’ retirement home are also within walking distance. We offer 1 underground parking space, payable on site if availlable). However, you can also park for free on the street near the house (2 minutes away).
