We offer two different flat options with SHARED AREAS in our detached house in Egenhofen: Flat 1: This flat is located on the upper floor and comprises 4 bedrooms, each equipped with 2 single beds, a small dining table and a TV. There is also a private bathroom. The kitchen on the ground floor is fully equipped and is shared with the owner. Flat with shared bathroom: This flat is a large double room on the ground floor, equipped with a small dining table, two single beds, TV and a wardrobe. The bathroom is shared, as is the kitchen on the ground floor. Parking spaces are available approx. 100 metres away. An online check-in form must be completed for all guests prior to arrival and we charge a deposit of 200 EUR. Please note that smoking is not permitted inside the property (ashtrays are available outside). The consumption of alcohol is prohibited and we ask for appropriate behaviour and cleanliness so that all guests can feel comfortable. For longer stays, the rooms are cleaned once a week.
