Franziska Hunke runs the Old Winery House at Calmont with five apartments in Bremm on the Moselle. Personal care for every booking. If you want recommendations for hikes, wine tastings or restaurants, just ask. Franziska doesn't live in Bremm but is regularly at the house — happy to chat when paths cross. Communication runs via Booking messages, usually answered within a few hours. No one will be waiting at the door on arrival — self-check-in keeps things flexible.

Mosel Idyll in the Old Winery House, right at the foot of the Calmont — Europe's steepest vineyard. Modern ground-floor apartment with east-facing balcony (5.76 sqm, morning sun) and view of the vineyards opposite and the Stuben monastery ruin. 1 bedroom with double bed (1.80 m), fully equipped kitchen with filter coffee maker, dishwasher, ceramic hob and oven. Daylight bathroom with shower. Smart TV, strong Wi-Fi. Linen and towels included. Position in the building: ground floor, no stairs to climb. Self-check-in via key safe, arrival anytime from 3:00 PM. Final cleaning included in the price — no separate cleaning fee.

Bremm is located directly at the Calmont, Europe's steepest vineyard, in the largest bend of the Moselle river. The Calmont via ferrata (380 m elevation, secured with steel cables) starts a 5-minute walk from the house. The parallel Calmont ridge trail is family-friendly. The Moselle riverside path and promenade are under 2 minutes on foot. In the village: bakery, small supermarket, wineries, several wine taverns and restaurants. Day trips: - Cochem with Reichsburg castle: 15 minutes by car - Burg Eltz castle: 30 minutes by car - Trier (Germany's oldest city): 45 minutes by car - Eifel volcanic lakes: 35 minutes by car Bullay railway station (regional trains from Koblenz and Trier) is 5 minutes by car. Frankfurt-Hahn airport 45 minutes, Cologne/Bonn 90 minutes, Luxembourg 90 minutes. Public parking in the village, free of charge.
