On the ground floor there is an open, cosy living area with adjoining garden terrace and a modern fitted kitchen, which invites you to linger thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows. On cold days, you can cosy up in front of the built-in fireplace. Next to the living area is a bright bathroom with shower cubicle and infrared sauna. A curved staircase leads from the ground floor to the upper floor of the semi-detached house, where two spacious bedrooms await you.
