A 10-minute drive from sandy beaches, this hotel in Panker offers elegant rooms. It features a sauna and a restaurants on site. Hotel & Restaurant Ole Liese provides bright, individually furnished rooms with white, Scandinavian style flooring. A country-style, à la carte breakfast is included in the room rate. Lunch and Dinner will be also served in the Restaurant Ole Liese and or in our newly opened Guts-Café im Nachtwächterhaus. Table reservations more than recommended. Right outside the Hotel & Restaurant Ole Liese, you will find hiking trails which take you through beautiful meadows and forests. Spend a day at the Baltic coast, or enjoy a day trip in the Holstein Switzerland nature park and explore its many lakes and forests.

The restaurant is open daily and closed at 23:00.

Please note that the restaurant will only be open for breakfast from 08:00 to 10:30, lunch from 12:00 to 13:30 and for dinner from 18:00 to 20:30.

Please inform Hotel Ole Liese of your expected arrival time in advance. If you arrive after 22:00, we provide key boxes containing your room keys. The key box is located to the right of the restaurant entrance.
