With a total of approx. 60 sqm of living space, you will find a completely renovated flat that will promise you a pleasant stay in this great location as soon as you enter. A stringent, bright and well thought-out design is just one of the highlights of this flat, along with the fully equipped kitchen, a daylight bathroom and a smart TV with Netflix. The flat offers space for two guests with its box spring bed and is divided into the following areas: - Bathroom with shower tray, toilet, fresh towels and shower gel, shampoo. - Living area with sofa, ceiling washer, TV with Netflix subscription and living room table. - Dining area with table and three chairs - Working area with table, chair and reading lamp - Kitchen equipped with all necessary cooking utensils, cooker and refrigerator - Washing machine and dryer - curtains on the windows - a cupboard - a shelf with room fresheners - a balcony W-LAN, free espresso coffee and tea are also available.

Quietly located, but still very central and everything necessary is only a few minutes walk away is the right description for the location of this flat. The S-Bahn station "Renningen-Süd" is only 3 streets away, the Renningen city centre, which starts in the main street, is only two crossings away and the Bosch development centre can be found on the other side of Renningen. There are a total of 3 fitness studios in Renningen, the nearest of which is about a 15-minute walk away. There is also a wonderful walkway along the stream nearby. In short, the centre and local recreation are very close together. A visit to the homepage ''Stadt Renningen'' is worthwhile.
