We - Sabine and Dirk Wolff - have been running the guesthouse since April 2021. For the last few years we have been to Lesbos, a beautiful island in the northern Aegean Sea, where we run a travel agency with holiday home rentals. During our time there, we enjoyed our work for and with our guests. Now our way led us to the pretty, old wine town of Ediger-Eller on the Moselle and we are happy to continue to receive guests in our guesthouse and to organize a wonderful stay for them, gladly with them, at the Rehschopp.

Property info

Welcome to our Pension Rehschopp - in the wonderful wine village of Ediger-Eller on the Moselle, between Zell and Cochem. Our family-run guesthouse is located near the banks of the Moselle in one of the most beautiful districts of the village with a view of the medieval city wall and the surrounding vineyards, ideal for excursions, hikes, cycling, wine tasting and good regional food. Enjoy the good local wines from our region's winemakers on the sun terrace and let the day end relaxed under the starry sky by Ediger-Eller. You can play pool or darts in the former wine cellar. We would be happy to organize wine tastings, hikes, BBQs on the terrace, an evening meal in the guesthouse in winter, or we would be happy to help you with your activities. Hikers, cyclists and bikers are very welcome here. You can store your bike or e-bike safely and dry in our large garage, and electricity is also available. We are looking forward to your visit!

Neighborhood info

Ediger-Eller is located in the heart of the Calmont region, embedded in a delightful river landscape and surrounded by a grandiose landscape with vineyards, meadows and forests. There are countless sports and leisure opportunities: beautiful and challenging hiking trails in the region (especially the Calmont Klettersteig), beautiful bike paths, imposing castles and fortresses (Burg Eltz), good restaurants and rustic wine bars, wine festivals and of course wine, wine, wine. You will find cultural offers and museums, beautiful villages and towns, Trier and Koblenz are not far away. Water rats can go boating on the Moselle, rent a kayak or bathe in the river.
