In a quiet, pure residential street, in Düsseldorf's best residential area, lies the renovated old building in which three rooms and a guest kitchen are offered for rent. All rooms are air-conditioned and have their own bathroom. The rooms can be rented together or individually. The rooms are all very individually designed. A tastefully furnished guest kitchen, which is shared by all guests, also invites you to linger and exchange ideas with other guests.

The American writer Maya Angelou once put it this way: "People forget what you say and what you do. But how they felt in your presence, they never forget." It's a thought I like to use to describe my work as a coach and trainer, but it also applies to renting my private rooms. Because whether professional concerns or private - encounters must touch. In my house and in the rented rooms there is a lot of my personality and my history. There you will find photos I have taken during my holidays, books I have read and antiques I have collected. With great experience in life and work, I consider every challenge an exciting voyage of discovery. Each new guest expands my wealth of experience and realizes my dream that my house will also be a place of encounter.

Gerresheim is one of the oldest districts of the city and is located in the east of Düsseldorf. The property is located in an area characterised by generous Art Nouveau architecture. Large front gardens and tree-lined streets are characteristic. All shops for daily needs as well as public transport are within walking distance (5 minutes) (Benderstraße). A large fitness facility is also within walking distance. The house is close to the forest and extensive walks or relaxed jogging can start from the front door.
