Just steps away, the beautiful Leipzig Auensee and various shopping options await, with tram connections just a 4-minute walk away. A standout feature is the spacious and inviting king-size bed. As you enter the apartment on the raised ground floor of a multi-unit building, you will find the large 180x200 cm wooden bed to your right and a pull-out sofa bed to your left, perfect for enjoying the Smart TV.
