Fantastic surroundings, the Laufenbach with its many waterfalls and rocky banks flows directly in front of the house; also a pleasure at night because of the great lighting. The house is located in the middle of the forest and yet 10 minutes walk from the popular old town of Monschu, 18 km to the wonderful Rursee with its great water sports activities. You can also swim in winter in the Monschauer Vennbad which is 200 metres away. The house with a great view is surrounded by Rock walls to climb or admire. The house is located directly on the famous Eifelstieg, with access to countless hiking routes. Directly at the house the road ends in front of the nature reserve, ideal for nature lovers, mountain bikers, hikers, sailors and all those who want to escape the noise of today's world, or want to make noise without disturbing others (nearest settlement 1 km away).
