Situated in Garmisch on the banks of the Loisach, the property's shared garden offers direct access to the river. Riverview apartment is a beautiful 2 room apartment on the top floor, it sleeps up to 4 people. The balcony boasts stunning views of the mountain Kramer. The property was fully renovated in May 2020. In the comfortable living area there is a large sofa, a double bed (160x200), dining table and chairs and a flat screen TV. There are a further 2 single beds in the cosy bedroom. All bedding is included. The kitchenette is compact however fully equipped with a fridge plus freezer box, sink, 2 x plate hob and a combination oven/grill/microwave. A coffee machine, kettle, toaster, salt/pepper, sugar and oil/vinegar are also provided. The bathroom has a spacious shower. Towels, toilet paper and miniature toiletries are included. A full size washer and small drier can also be found in the building. Free WiFi is included. Underground car park and outside parking. The apartment is within easy reach of local amenities by car (a few minutes). The town centre is accessible by bus (5 minutes), car (5 minutes) or a peaceful walk along the river Loisach (30 minutes).

***Important information*** Kurtax - when visiting Garmisch, the city ask you to pay a visitor's tax. The costs are 3 Euro per day (per adult) or 1 Euro per day (children 6- 15). Children up to 5 years old are exempt from charges. If you are working in Garmisch, there is also no charge. The tax also provides free travel and access to many attractions within Garmisch free of charge. Full details can be found at the tourist information website for Garmisch.
