Lehnen Sie sich zurück und entspannen sich – in dieser ruhigen, stilvollen Unterkunft mit großem Balkon und barrierefreiem Zugang. Die neu sanierte Zweiraumwohnung mitten auf dem Zeller Berg in Aue-Bad-Schlema ist die ideale Wohnung für einen Besuch in der Stadt. Sie ist sehr ruhig gelegen mit großem Balkon zum Sitzen, Blick ins Grüne und Parkmöglichkeit vor Ort. Es gibt ein separates Schlafzimmer, eine Küchenzeile und ein großes Sofa in der Wohnküche sowie ein Bad mit Dusche.
Die Wohnung wird von einer Familie aus der Region vermietet und ist Teil des Gebäudekomplexes der alten Poliklinik, in welcher viele barrierefreie Wohnungen entstanden sind, eine Tagespflege im Haus ist, eine Apotheke sowie ein Allgemeinarzt und eine Podologie.
